We ship all over United States ONLY.

> Items will be ship 1-2 business days after ordering.It means orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be ship on Monday.

> If your package is lost or misplaced by USPS or UPS please contact them.

We will try our best to help you , but once we ship your package it is out of our hands.

>We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if your tracking confirmation status said that it was delivered and you have not received it.please contact the United States Postal Services so you can file a claim.

> If you provided the incorrect shipping address after you placed your order,contact us immediately through our email chulisboutique123@gmail.com ,so we can edit your address before ship it out.

> We are unable to edit your shipping address once your order has been shipped out.

>if your package is returned for insufficient address, you are responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship.
